A trade press article looking at the impacts of Brexit on agricultural support in the UK.  Opinion is given on political statements regarding budgetary shares, the divergence of policy mechanisms under the Common Agricultural Policy - and how that divergence is likely to continue across the UK's administrations.  Some thoughts are provided on a the consequences of cutting direct income support and how the policy model in Scotland could be evolved to deliver for the environment, for food production and for farming incomes
