The future's not what it used to be

Press/Media

Description

A review of historical agricultural support in Scotland, the many evolutions it has had and what can we learn from each key period of support.  The main point is that farmers generally react very well to policy signals - and that just because future policy is not what it used to be doesn't mean that there will be opportunities for farmers and crofters to innovate and thrive.
