Research interests
Current research focuses on uncovering the biological traits that facilitate the success of gastrointestinal nematodes in small ruminants and developing natural and sustainable alternatives to chemotherapy, with a specific focus on bioactive forages, to alleviate the economic and welfare costs of infection. We work closely with stakeholders in the livestock industry to facilitate the exchange of ideas, identify challenges and develop targeted health solutions.
