Personal profile

Research interests

I am a molecular and population geneticist interested in elucidating the genetic/genomic control of biological (mendelian inherited, production, functional and adaptive) traits in livestock species. I am particularly interested in understanding how patterns of genetic variation within and between livestock species relate to their phylogeographic and evolutionary history and dynamics.
