    Initially trained as a Classicist, I moved into the world of pedagogic practice nearly 10 years ago. I have particular expertise in leading on equality, diversity and inclusion in learning and teaching and on teaching excellence. I have extensive experience supporting institutions and individuals to develop teaching practice, policies and processes, as well as supporting sector-wide policy development.
