Description
The iDigest bio-upcycling robot processes inedible food waste into bio-nutrients, which can be used locally to enhance agricultural productivity. This closed-loop system reduces dependency on landfills and promotes sustainable farming. The Food Tracker platform complements this by optimizing food supply chains, enabling efficient meal planning, and reducing edible food waste.
