This project aims to investigate consumers’ awareness, knowledge, and their preferences and willingness to pay for different aspects of pork (e.g., use of tail docking, use of antibiotics, welfare, use of antibiotics, origin, environmental sustainability) in the USA, Brazil, China, and Thailand.
