Description
Phase 2 will build a demonstration facility at SRUC Easter Howgate and test the technical performance (carbon savings that can be achieved), demonstrate animal welfare, and develop supply chain models for incentivising low-carbon beef.
The project consortium includes: SRUC, University of Strathclyde, AgriEpi Centre, No Pollution Systems, Organic Power Ireland, Galebreaker, Saturn Bioponics, N2-Applied, Marks and Spencer, and Tesco.
