Description
This project will develop and implement a social survey of arable and mixed farmes in Scotland - the implementation will be caried out by a contractor. This survey will map farmer information networks using SNA approaches. The resulting database will be used to map farmer networks and determine the extent to which exogeonous information - and its source - impacts farmer decisions related to IPM. In addition, using the collected database, we will compare and contrast the accuracy of farmer perceptions related to regional farm pest impact and threat.
