Description
Provide economic analysis and modelling to support Scottish Government analysts with economic appraisal to inform the development of future policies to support rural and agricultural land. Specifically, the supplier will need to carry out modelling and produce background papers that help Scottish Government appraise a short-list of potential policy options against the four key objectives from the Agricultural Reform Programme’s Route Map
