Description
Provision of isolates and associated data from the existing archive of the Food Standards Scotland (FSS) and SRUC (Scotland’s Rural College) Veterinary Services abattoir-based antimicrobial resistance surveys by SRUC Inverness staff. Reason for provision of isolates: for whole genome sequencing (WGS) for inclusion and use within the UK Shared Outcomes funded PATH-SAFE initiative.
