Transdisciplinary networks to tackle antimicrobial resistance (AMR) - Imperial lead

Project Details

Description

The aim of the F1AMR Network is to develop an integrated and holistic one health framework to deliver innovative solutions for the complex drivers of FAMR across the plant, animal and human fungal pathogens.  F1AMR is multidisciplinary in nature, encompassing key scientific disciplines relevant to antifungal resistance across agriculture, the built environment and animal and human health. F1AMR has brought together key stakeholders such as the agrichemical and pharmaceutical industries, farmers, veterinarians, clinicians and people with lived experience. Our goal is to enable integration of data science, social science, health policy and health economics to design and build transdisciplinary interventions at scale.
