Abstract

A trade press article which provides opinion on the impacts of the Covid pandemic on the Scottish agriculture sector, the possible implications of the UK Internal Market Bill on the type of farm support Scotland can provide and some thoughts on why evolving the current Basic Payment Scheme to deliver more for the environment is preferable to starting from a blank sheet.
