Abstract

Feeding trials with 82 individually penned piglets weaned at 21 days of age and with 39 litters of sucking pigs on three commercial farms did not reveal any differences in the growth or feed intake of piglets given diets containing 50, 52 and 58% cooked potato flake as compared with control diets of mixed cereals.
