The code includes chemoscape creation and geolocation from otolith element concentrations. The dataset can be downloaded from the following repository:

https://doi.org/10.5525/gla.researchdata.1040

All the code was developed and tested on Windows 10 (64bit) with R 4.0.2. Code chunks are annotated and trimmed for the original for ease of use. For example, every step of model selection has not been reproduced here but can be re implemented following the methods in the paper.
