Abstract
This paper reflects on the design, delivery, and outcomes of a multinational higher education capacity-building project linking South African and European institutions in marine education and training. It examines how Erasmus+ mobility funding enabled curriculum co-development across different institutional contexts, and identifies transferable lessons for future South-North academic partnerships.
