This is a research briefing outlining the key findings of WP1A D1.1 Research Report (" A Rapid Evidence Assessment of Investment Decision-Making for Land "). It includes a simplified version of a conceptual framework, to be able to gain a high level understanding of the interrelated factors that affect land values and landownership concentration.
