Abstract

This report presents how the Scottish land market behaved during 2022, drawing on the insights of land agents operating across Scotland in a variety of land sectors. It investigated the agricultural, forestry and estates sectors and comments on the growing influence of natural capital payments and the commercial forestry sector on the market.
