Abstract

The Rural Policy Centre's Rural Scotland in Focus Reports are biennial Reports intended to provide a fast-track to a range of evidence and commentary on the key characteristics of rural Scotland, how these are changing, and the implications of these changes. Rural Scotland in Focus 2016 was launched on Tuesday 29 November 2016. This is the fourth report in the series. Following from previous iterations, RSiF 2016 offers evidence and policy on topics ranging from land use, agriculture, estates and forestry, to rural economies, to community resilience, in order to inform policy, practice and research.
